Pickled Quail Eggs & Speck

We've pickled local, organic quail eggs in dill and sweet brine, then nestled them in a bed of Italian speck (smoked & cured ham). The eggs are served with our rotating fruit compote, Portland Ale housemade crackers & 'dork' fat (a Barre House blend of duck & pork fat).
