VITIS NOBLE

Vitis Noble, meaning noble vine, features sour wheat & blond ales aged in oak barrels for up to 16 months with Willamette Valley grown chardonnay grapes, one of the most celebrated. 9.1% ABV

HOLLER MOUNTAIN TRIPLE

A collaboration project created with our friends at Stumptown Coffee Roasters, Holler Mountain Triple is a blend of Cascade’s foudre-aged triple ale and Stumptown’s Holler Mountain cold brew. Flavors of toasted malt, oak and orange zest from the triple are complemented by a distinct coffee presence that brings notes of hazelnut and citrus fruit to this rare collaborative blend. 8.5% ABV

FIGARO 2015

Figaro is a blend of sour blond ales aged in Chardonnay barrels for up to 18 months with dried white figs, lemon peel and orange peel. Elegant and complex, Figaro features flavors of dried figs, citrus fruit, apple skins and Chardonnay wine with a subtle “wild” edge. 8.4% ABV

ROSE CITY SOUR 2017

Celebrating Portland’s reputation as the City of Roses, we are pleased to offer Rose City Sour, a blend of wheat and blond ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to 14 months with rose petals, rose hips and hibiscus flowers. Rose City Sour captures the delicate floral aromas of fresh roses matched with notes of dried cranberries, pomegranates and a hint of white pepper. 8% ABV

FRAMBLANC 2017

A blend of sour blond ales aged for up to 14 months in oak wine barrels with more than 3,500 pounds of white raspberries. Fresh flavors of raspberries, green grapes, white peaches and pears earned Framblanc the gold medal at the 2017 Oregon Beer Awards. 8.4% ABV

APRICOT 2017

This Northwest sour ale is a blend of blond ales that were aged in oak wine barrels for up to 14 months with more than 13,000 pounds of fresh apricots from the Pacific Northwest. A flagship project in Cascade Brewing’s sour beer portfolio, Apricot offers flavors of fresh and dried apricot fruit complimented by a tart acidity and lingering notes of apricot preserves. 7.3% ABV

HONEY GINGER LIME

This easy-drinking Northwest sour ale features a spiced rye base beer aged in oak wine barrels with candied ginger and lime peel followed by a late addition of fresh ginger, lime and wildflower honey. Lightly sour with a kiss of honey sweetness, the Cascade H.G.L. offers the perfect balance between complexity and refreshment. 6.8% ABV

KRIEK 2017

Red ales aged in red wine barrels for up to 17 months with more than 16,000 pounds of Bing and Sour pie cherries. 7.7% ABV

CUVEE DU JONGLEUR

Originally released in 2008, Cuvée du Jongleur, or “Blend of the Juggler,” consists of select red, triple and quad sour ales aged in oak barrels for up to three years. Making its first appearance in over a decade, the 2017 project pays homage to the original blend, juggling a variety of base beers that offer clean and complex flavors through the lactic fermentation process that has come to define our Northwest Sour Ales. 9.4% ABV

PRIMORDIAL NOIR

Primordial Noir is a blend of imperial red ales aged in bourbon and wine barrels for up to two years with Northwest-grown Bing cherries and spices. A concentrated precursor to our Sang Noir project, Primordial Noir features a more robust bourbon and cherry presence with notes of roast malt, molasses and baking spices. Stay posted for a bottle release of this blend in the coming months! 10.5% ABV

COCOA ROJO

Cocoa Rojo is a blend of sour red ales aged in oak barrels for up to 24 months with pure liquid cocao, dried elderberries and spices. This specialty draft-only project features flavors of dark chocolate, raisins, dried figs and a hint of baking spices. 6.6% ABV

SANG ROYAL 2015

This week’s live barrel is a sneak preview of our upcoming Sang Royal 2015 project, a blend composed of sour red ales aged in Pinot Noir and Port wine barrels with Pinot Noir grapes. Showcasing Willamette Valley grown fruit, Sang Royal captures complex flavors of Pinot Noir wine, dark berry fruits and a touch of oak. 10.1% ABV

VALLEY FLORA 2017

Celebrating Northwest regional offerings of craft beer and wine, Valley Flora combines our sour red ale with Willamette Valley-grown Pinot Noir grapes using traditional brewing and winemaking techniques. Through native fruit fermentation and extended oak maturation, Valley Flora expresses notes of dark bramble fruit, plum, cherry, earth and oak supported by a balanced tannic structure and lively acidity. 10% ABV

PÊCHE FUMÉ 2017

Pêche Fumé is a blend of wheat ales brewed with cherrywood smoked malt and aged in oak barrels for up to 14 months with Northwest-grown peaches. Delicately balancing bold elements of smoke and fruit, Pêche Fumé captures notes of fresh peaches and campfire smoke with hints of dried apples and lemon zest. 6.8 % ABV

KENTUCKY PEACH 2017

Kentucky Peach is a blend of sour wheat and quad ales aged in bourbon and wine barrels for up to 16 months with fresh, Northwest-grown peaches. This limited project offers flavors of ripe peaches and warm bourbon with hints of oak and a light malt sweetness. 9.2% ABV

MANHATTAN 2016

Manhattan NW consists of sour quad and blond ales aged in bourbon and wine barrels for up to 24 months with sour pie cherries and apricot noyaux. A tribute to the classic Manhattan cocktail, this unique sour beer interpretation features flavors of bourbon, maraschino cherry and bitter almond with a rich malt backbone. 10.3% ABV

BOURBONIC PLAGUE 2016 ANNIVERSARY EDITION

This beer was made to celebrate Cascade Brewing’s 20th anniversary. A blend of sour imperial porters aged in bourbon and wine barrels for up to two years with dates, cinnamon, vanilla and orange peel, this limited blend marks 20 extraordinary years of brewing, blending and sharing beer.

PORTLAND ALE

Our Golden Ale is brewed with flavorful German Pilsner malt and Northern Brewer hops resulting in a balanced and approachable craft beer. 20 IBU / 5% ABV

HITCH A RYE’D PALE ALE

Leave it all behind with this spicy and full-bodied pale ale, full of flaked rye and Chinook and East Kent Golding hops. You’ll be left with your hand out and thumb up! 4.9% ABV

CASCADE IPA

Our house India Pale Ale is brewed with English malts and a combination of Columbus, Centennial, Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho-7 hops. A rich golden color, citrusy hops and sensible bitterness welcome and reward every sip. 50 IBU / 6.1% ABV

BREWS OF A FEATHER

This coffee beer is a celebration of two different types of “brew.” The addition of more than a gallon per barrel of Stumptown Coffee Roasters’ Holler Mountain cold brew, organic cacao nibs and vanilla beans is our way of enjoying two of our favorite products. Close your eyes, smell the coffee, lemon peel, and the notes of vanilla, and enjoy this serving as if it was the first of your day! 6.1 % ABV 15 IBU

DIESEL 2016

This imperial stout was aged for up to seven months in Heaven Hill bourbon and Pinot barrels with vanilla beans, resulting in a decadent cornucopia of flavors and aromas- including dark chocolate, vanillin and licorice with bourbon soaked dark fruit and tobacco undertones. 50 IBU/ 10.5% ABV

ELDERBERRY BLAST

Elderberry Blast is a blend of our sour red, wheat and triple ales, aged for up to twenty-four months in oak wine barrels. This blend warms up with flavors of dark fruits and chocolate from the dried elderberries and pure liquid cacao, then finishes with a little spicy bite from the fresh ginger and sumac. 6.6 % ABV Tapped 1/7/2019

BIRCH BOX

Birch Box is a blend of sour blond and wheat ales aged in neutral oak and strong blond ale aged in rosé barrels for up to 24 months. The blend was then infused with a complimentary combination of birch bark, cherry pits and lavender. Light woody and lavender notes shine through in the aroma with distinct flavors of creamy cherry fruit leading to an easy drinking finish. 6.5% ABV Tapped 1/15/2019 @ 6PM

Vintage 2013 Foudre #1

This limited beer was created in 2013 to celebrate the commission of our first new foudre (large oak tank). Foudre Project #1 is a NW sour ale that is a blend of Triples aged in one of our foudre. Look for aromas of sweet candy, apple and subtle hints of citrus as you draw the glass near. Sweet candy and oak mingle on the palate and lead to a soft, round, sweet finish with a lingering oak note. 9.2%

2012 CHERRY BOURBONIC

A variation on our Bourbonic Plague blend, Cherry Bourbonic consists of imperial spiced porters aged in bourbon barrels for up to three years with dates, cherries & spice. Deep flavors of dried dark fruit, bourbon and roast malts are complemented by the bright notes of Bing and sour pie cherries. 13.4% ABV

STUMPTOWN BOURBONIC

To celebrate Cascade Brewing’s 20th anniversary, we’ve teamed up with our friends at Stumptown Coffee Roasters to bring you Stumptown Bourbonic. A variation of our award-winning Bourbonic Plague, Stumptown Bourbonic features imperial spiced porters aged for up to 22 months in bourbon barrels with vanilla beans, then blended with coffee from Stumptown’s Cold Brew division just before packaging. This extremely limited anniversary project offers intense flavors of coffee, chocolate, bourbon and vanilla, with a mild acidity and warming finish. 10.5% ABV

Introducing our most recent rendition of this limited fan favorite, Honeycot is a blend of blond ales aged for 16 months on fresh apricots with a late addition of honey from Portland’s own Bee Local. Honeycot features flavors of apricot preserves, honeysuckle flowers and raw honeycomb with a light honey sweetness and brilliant lactic acidity. 7.3% ABV

GROUND BREAKER IPA NO. 5

IPA No. 5 is brewed with roasted chestnuts, roasted lentils, and Belgian-style candi sugar. Crystal and Santiam hops are used during the boil and for dry-hopping. Crystal hops bring the classic Northwest IPA pine and citrus notes while Santiam adds hints of tropical and stone fruits. Available in a can.
