Pineapple Retreat - NEW!

Pineapple Retreat is a blend of sour blond ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to 20 months then fermented with fresh organic pineapple and infused with habanero pepper and cilantro. Like a fresh pineapple salsa, Pineapple Retreat combines fruity and herbal flavors with a lively acidity and just a touch of heat. 7.1% ABV

Gose Roselle

This Gose-style ale was aged in oak barrels for up to 10 months before infusing with roselle hibiscus, fresh Meyer lemon zest, ground coriander and Oregon coast sea salt. 5.3% ABV

BELMONT STREET BRAMBLE

Named in tribute to our Barrel House pub on Belmont Street in Southeast Portland, we are pleased to release Belmont Street Bramble, a blend of sour blond ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to two years with red raspberries and tangerine peel. Crisp and refreshing, Belmont Street Bramble offers intense raspberry flavor with a hint of citrus, making it the perfect summer sour sipper. 6.5% ABV

HONEY GINGER LIME

This easy-drinking Northwest sour ale features a spiced rye base beer aged in oak wine barrels with candied ginger and lime peel followed by a late addition of fresh ginger, lime and wildflower honey. Lightly sour with a kiss of honey sweetness, the Cascade H.G.L. offers the perfect balance between complexity and refreshment. 6.8% ABV

Kentucky Peach 2019

Kentucky Peach is a blend of sour wheat and quad ales aged in bourbon and wine barrels for up to 16 months with fresh, Northwest-grown peaches. This limited project offers flavors of ripe peaches and warm bourbon with hints of oak and a light malt sweetness. 9.4% ABV

PORTLAND ALE

Our Blond Ale is brewed with flavorful German Pilsner malt and Northern Brewer hops resulting in a balanced and approachable craft beer. 19 IBU / 4.9% ABV

The Devil Wears Lager

This dry-hopped lager is a collaboration with Roy Farms. From the ADHA program, ADHA 1940 hops lend an American “noble” hop profile to the beer. Lager? For Winter? Groundbreaking. 4.1% ABV / 16 IBU

Whimsicality

This amber ale is a fresh take on a classic beer style. Low crystal flavors with Cascade hops that give just a hint of citrus aroma in this medium bodied beer. 5.43% ABV / 25 IBU

Driveway Hazy

We brewed this hazy pale ale with local Portland band Glacier Veins. Chinook, Idaho 7 and Simcoe hops lend tropical, pine, and berry-like characteristics to this beer. 5.7% / 32 IBU

CASCADE IPA

Our house India Pale Ale is brewed a combination of Chinook, Cascade, and Amarillo hops. A rich orange color, citrusy hops and sensible bitterness welcome and reward every sip. 50 IBU / 6.3%

BREWS OF A FEATHER

This coffee beer is a celebration of two different types of “brew.” The addition of more than a gallon per barrel of Stumptown Coffee Roasters’ Holler Mountain cold brew, organic cacao nibs and vanilla beans is our way of enjoying two of our favorite products. Close your eyes, smell the coffee, lemon peel, and the notes of vanilla, and enjoy this serving as if it was the first of your day! 6.1 % ABV 20 IBU

DIESEL 2019

This Imperial Stout was aged for up to seven months in Buffalo Trace bourbon and Pinot barrels with vanilla beans, resulting in a decadent cornucopia of flavors and aromas – including dark chocolate, vanilla and licorice – with bourbon soaked dark fruit undertones. 10% ABV / 50 IBU

Northwest Nectar

Northwest Nectar is a sour blond ale aged in oak wine barrels for up to two years then blended with fresh juice from Northwest-grown nectarines. We pulled the fresh “nectar” directly from the fruit tank before the start of fermentation and added it to the blond base beer – the resulting blend captures the pure essence of nectarines, with loads of fresh fruit flavor and a touch of sweetness. 7.5% ABV

Come Along with Me

A blend of sour gose and blond ales aged in oak wine barrels and foudres for up to two years with infusions of fresh pineapple and nectarine and a finishing touch of French sea salt and coriander. Come Along with Me will transport you to a tropical island with juicy and bright fruit flavors, a light body and hints of salt and coriander. 6.5% ABV

Crazy Navel 2016

Crazy Navel is a blend of sour wheat and blond ales aged in oak wine barrels for 14 months with fresh orange zest. Using both Cara Cara and Heirloom varietals, Crazy Navel captures the essence of the navel orange balanced with a refreshingly tart and dry base beer. 7.6% ABV

Figaro 2012

Blend of sour Blond ales aged in Chardonnay barrels for up to 18 months with white figs and lemon peel. Featuring complex flavors of dried figs, citrus peel, green grapes and apple skins, this NW style sour ale is ready to drink now, but will continue to evolve in the bottle for several years.

Honey Teacot

Honey Teacot is a blend of sour strong blond ales aged for two years in oak wine barrels with apricots followed by an infusion of honey and select teas. This blend of fruit, honey, green tea, black tea and smoked tea creates a wonderful floral and citrus bouquet reminiscent of southern sweet tea balanced by a soft tart finish. This beer debuted as a Live Barrel on 4/17/2018

CHERRY BOURBONIC 2014

A variation on our Bourbonic Plague blend, Cherry Bourbonic consists of Spiced Double Porters aged in Bourbon barrels for up to two years with dates and cherries. Deep flavors of dried dark fruit, Bourbon and roast malts are complemented by the bright tones of Regina and sour pie cherries. 12.9% ABV
