A massive brown ale base that is made from four fermentable sugars including Malted Barley, Raisins, Candi Sugar and Sour Cherries, this beer is fully fermented before being placed in Bourbon barrels where the beer ages for one year with the Sour Cherries and the wild Brettanomyces yeast that we inoculate the barrels with. 11% ABV

Bauman's Cider Company: Clyde's Dry 16 oz $7.50, 8 oz $4.50

My Grandpa Clyde was born in 1921, on the farm where he would live his entire 92 years. Clyde’s Dry cider is my tribute to his life and his love of the farm. It is a blend of more than a dozen varietals, including sweets and sharps grown on the family farm and loved by Grandpa, farming until his very last days. It draws its tannic character from the blend and the addition of some locally-picked Manchurian Crab apples. 6.9% ABV

All vines are Pommard clone, 35 years old, own rooted, dry farmed and hand harvested. 13.9% ABV
