Roadside Chai features sour red ale aged in oak wine barrels and foudres for up to two years then infused with our own masala chai spice blend. Like the traditional masala chai (meaning “spiced tea”) served from road side stalls across India, this limited release offers flavors of black tea, cinnamon, clove, peppercorns, cardamom, ginger and vanilla complemented by the roasty, dark fruit notes of the base beer. 8.5% ABV

This Northwest sour ale is a blend of blond ales that were aged in oak wine barrels for up to 14 months with more than 13,000 pounds of fresh apricots from the Pacific Northwest. A flagship project in Cascade Brewing’s sour beer portfolio, Apricot offers flavors of fresh and dried apricot fruit complemented by a tart acidity and lingering notes of apricot preserves. 7.2% ABV

Made in collaboration with our friends at Burial Beer Company in Asheville, NC, Chêne des Fous (shen de-FOO), meaning “Oak of the Fools,” is a blend of sour triple ales aged for up to 18 months in French oak barrels with dried sumac, fresh apricots and toasted American oak chains. Intense oak flavors are met with savory lemon and dried fruit notes from the sumac and a subtle stone fruit aroma. 8.4% ABV

Bubble Life IPA - 16 oz $6.5, 8 oz $4.5

The beer is pale in color with a tight foam head. The beer has a bright “hoppy” aroma and also showcases tropical fruit, citrus, and dankness. The beer is medium-to-low bodied and has a citrus and tropical hop flavor through the middle of the palette. The beer is crisp and dry without being biscuit-like. Easy drinking West Coast IPA with substantial lacing left over in the glass. 7.4% ABV / 30 IBU

This coffee beer is a celebration of two different types of “brew.” The addition of more than a gallon per barrel of Stumptown Coffee Roasters’ Holler Mountain cold brew, organic cacao nibs and vanilla beans is our way of enjoying two of our favorite products. Highlighting the depth and complexity of our base red ale without the influence of additional fruits or spices, Sang Rouge serves as the foundation of our “Sang” series. This rare project features notes of roasted malts, dried currants, aged red wine and toasted oak.

Sang Royal 2013 - 8 oz $9.5, 4 oz $6.5

Sang Royal is a blend of sour red ales that were aged in red wine barrels for up to 30 months with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. We start by hand selecting oak barrels with the greatest concentration of red wine character in which to age our red and double red ales. After undergoing lactic fermentation for several months, a portions of these reds are then combined with freshly harvested Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Pacific Northwest to be fermented by the natural yeasts and bacteria on the fruit.

Bauman's Cider Company: Clyde's Dry 16 oz $7.50, 8 oz $4.50

My Grandpa Clyde was born in 1921, on the farm where he would live his entire 92 years. Clyde’s Dry cider is my tribute to his life and his love of the farm. It is a blend of more than a dozen varietals, including sweets and sharps grown on the family farm and loved by Grandpa, farming until his very last days. It draws its tannic character from the blend and the addition of some locally-picked Manchurian Crab apples. 6.9% ABV

Cooper's Hall Rose - 6 oz $9

A great example of a wine made in the vineyard instead of the winery. Our winemaker, Phil Kramer, tended these vines differently than the Pinot Noir he used for his red wine. This is a thoughtful, beautiful glass of rosé with balanced acidity; currently showing off some bold minerality. All vines are Pommard clone, 35 years old, own rooted, dry farmed and hand harvested. 13.9% ABV
